Lista CRM is a cloud-based real estate CRM and microsite platform designed for real estate professionals, teams, brokerages, and related businesses. Depending on your subscription plan and enabled features, Lista CRM may provide tools and services

1. you are at least 18 years old; 2. you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; 3. you are authorized to act on behalf of any business, brokerage, team, workspace, Page, advertising account, phone number, domain, or other third-party account or asset you connect to Lista CRM; and 4. your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, MLS / IDX rule, or contractual obligation.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep that information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, workspace, or microsite. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

If your account is part of a team, brokerage, office, company workspace, or similar organizational account, the account owner or authorized administrators may be able to access, manage, suspend, transfer, or remove user access, assign permissions, review account activity, and manage connected assets or microsites associated with that workspace, subject to the Platform’s functionality and applicable law.

Lista CRM may support microsites for solo agents, team members, teams, or similar account structures. Depending on the applicable workspace or brokerage rules, owners, team leaders, office administrators, or brokerage administrators may have authority to supervise compliance, suspend publication, transfer ownership, or manage public display settings for microsites or connected pages.

You are responsible for ensuring that your employees, agents, contractors, assistants, team members, and other authorized users comply with these Terms. You are liable for activity conducted through your account or workspace by your authorized users.

Lista CRM is offered on paid subscription plans unless otherwise expressly stated. Access to certain features may require payment of subscription fees, usage-based fees, onboarding fees, messaging fees, or other charges.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Lista CRM and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, renewals, usage charges, and other amounts due in connection with your account.
